SAO Partnership Program
The SAO partnership program was initiated to increase the level of communication between State agencies and the State Accounting Office. The goal of this program is to provide agencies with a single point of contact to funnel questions or concerns. The objectives are:
- Improve communication between agencies and SAO
- Inform agencies about upcoming training opportunities
- Increase accountability for financial information and controls
- Update agencies on accounting policy & procedures being addressed by policy group
