Accounting Procedures Manual
The Accounting Procedures Manual for the State of Georgia was developed by and is maintained by the Department of Audits and Accounts. This Accounting Procedures Manual replaces the old Accounting Procedures and Instructions Manual. The complete revised edition of the Accounting Procedures Manual is presented in portable document format (PDF).
The manual has been created using the bookmark feature within a navigation pane to make quick navigation of the entire document possible. By selecting a bookmark you should be able to view the particular page of the manual you desire. In order to view or print PDF files you must use the Adobe Reader.
If you do not have a copy of the Adobe Reader currently installed on your computer you will need to download and configure your free copy before you can view the files. You may obtain a free copy of the Adobe Reader by clicking on the link below.
