Query lists BY 2005 PO’s where either the entire PO, a PO Line, or a PO Distribution was canceled between 7/1 and 7/15 resulting in a “Closing” accounting entry being posted to period 1 of FY2006. These entries will need to be corrected via GL Journal Voucher prior to the fiscal year closing.
