PeopleSoft HCM
On May 29, 2007 the State of Georgia upgraded PeopleSoft's Human Capital Management(HCM) System. This software upgrade enhances the previous PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System (HRMS) from version 8.8 to version 8.9. The software system supports approximately 115 State of Georgia entities.
PeopleSoft Financials
The PeopleSoft Financials application processes transactions for 70 plus agencies, including the technical colleges. The Financials modules include Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Labor distribution, Project Costing (for GDOT only), Commitment Control and General Accounting. PeopleSoft Financials is currently using PeopleSoft version 8.8.
