HCM Training
OnDemand is being used as the primary PeopleSoft training method and support tool. This tool allows any user online training at their convenience. All HCM and Financials modules are represented in the OnDemand as well as Employee Self-Service and Manager Self-Service. OnDemands availability is not dependent on the PeopleSoft system. OnDemand can be used with or without being logged into PeopleSoft.
