Communications

State employees can sign up for the following Communication groups by registering for the distribution lists listed below:

• To sign up for HCM News - log in to Employee Self Service (ESS) and scroll to the HCM News Sign up link to opt in (If you are a state employee and need access to TeamWorks HCM or FSCM please inquire with your agency Security Officer.)

• To sign up for Financial News - log in to FSCM and scroll to the FN News Sign up link to opt in (If you are a state employee and need access to TeamWorks HCM or FSCM please inquire with your agency Security Officer.)

• To sign up for Travel news - go to the Travel News Sign up link on the SAO Travel page

Team GA Marketplace (TGM) Listserv

To Subscribe:

• To become a member of the Team GA Marketplace (TGM) Listserv, select Subscribe. This action will generate an e-mail message to the selected elist.
• Do not revise the subject line and REMOVE ALL information including signatures from the body of your e-mail request.
• After ALL information is removed from the body of the e-mail, click SEND. Please send your e-mail request in clear text format, do not send in HTML format.

What Next?

• You will receive a confirmation request from the Listserv you selected. You MUST reply to complete the subscription process.
• When you receive a message with the subject “Command confirmation request (List your full name)”, type OK in the body of the message and be sure you REMOVE ALL signatures or other content in the body of the e-mail and click send.
• Periodically the TGM Listserv owners/editors will send a message to inquire if you would like to continue to be subscribed. Please respond, accordingly, to each request.
