As we have previously communicated, State Accounting Office (SAO) supports the Internet Explorer 7 browser for the PeopleSoft application. If you are not using Internet Explorer 7 for the products supported and certified by the vendors (i.e.; Oracle/PeopleSoft), you may experience unpredictable results with the use of Internet Explorer 8 (IE8).
We have explored options to help reduce some of these challenges and have information attached as an aid for customers using IE8. This work around will work for some users and not for others. Please try the attached set of instructions for the IE8 browser if you are experiencing issues with eperformance or viewing paycheck data.

Note: If this does not correct the issue, the only alternative is to work with your Agency IT staff and revert back to IE7 which is the only supported browser with the current version.
