TeamWorks HCM training is provided online and allows any user to take training online at their convenience. TeamWorks HCM Online Training is accessible independently, users do not need to be logged into TeamWorks ESS.
This training is designed to introduce users to the system, understand how to process and manage transactions, how to review information, and how to generate reports. It also introduces users to TeamWorks procedures; the training does not address any agency-specific practices or procedures
