Financial-related Information

As an existing Supplier to the State, a Supplier Self-Service Portal in GA@WORK has been launched to provide easier access to financial information, such as review of supplier payments, invoices and to make bank account updates.

SAO previously sent postcards to gather contact information and has since emailed login credentials and passwords to the Supplier contacts. To protect your highly sensitive information from potential fraud, the number of supplier portal users will be limited to further safeguard your sensitive data. This will not limit the number of suppliers with access to the portal.

If you have not received GA@WORK credentials

Please contact your agency supplier liaison from the State Agency you last conducted business with. Prior to contacting the State, please have the following information available: verification of tax ID, physical address and banking information.

Note: Because of the data available in the new supplier portal and to limit fraud, all provided information will be confirmed by a secondary source and may result in a delay in GA@WORK access.

If you have provided contact information or do not recall your last paying agency and/or supplier liaison and still are not able to access the portal, please contact our customer service center for additional assistance.

Procurement-related Information

GA@WORK Marketplace for Supplier replaces Team Georgia Marketplace and is the place to go when registering to become a Bidder/Supplier of the State. This procurement account will be used for online bidding, registering to receive bid notifications, accessing contracts, or applying for certifications (such as small business and supplier diversity, etc.) For additional guidance, refer to the Department of Administrative Services’ website.
