Self-Service Options
All users should use the following resources before reaching out to the Call Centers for help with any issues encountered in GA@WORK.
- Reference Job Aids ("Articles" in GA@WORK) available in the GA@WORK system. Need help accessing Job Aids? Check out this video.
- Contact your internal Agency Support Team. If you aren't sure how to contact your Agency Support Team, you can connect with your agency's GA@WORK Point of Contact.
- Check in with your agency's GA@WORK Super Users. GA@WORK Super Users are certified experts in the system. If you aren't sure who the Super Users are in your agency, you can reach out to your agency's Point of Contact. Note: Not all agencies have Super Users.
- Visit the GA@WORK Support Portal. This site is only available to users who have HR, Payroll, Finance or Procurement roles in GA@WORK.
