GA@WORK Super User Program launches
The GA@WORK Super User Program has officially launched. This program is designed to equip agencies with GA@WORK “experts” who will serve as the first level of GA@WORK support to end users, communicate how internal processes may be impacted by GA@WORK functionality and promote sustainable knowledge transfer within their agencies to build confidence in the ability to operate within the system. Known as Super Users, these individuals will provide agency-specific support across HCM, Finance, and Procurement, helping others navigate complex workflows within agencies statewide.
Agencies were invited to designate representatives to serve as Super Users. Over the next several months, these individuals will attend a series of meetings, participate in targeted training and complete assigned activities to ensure they are fully prepared to support their agencies through the transition to GA@WORK in July 2026 – and beyond.
Reach out to [email protected] with any Super User Program questions.
