Can an internal revision be entered for Zero-Budget Loads?
The concept of Zero-Budget Loads will not be necessary in GA@WORK. Transactions that do not have a budget available will only require an override for processing.

Is a budget in Cost Centers required for expenses to post?
This depends on the structure of your agency's Foundation Data Model and requirements for budget checking. Unlike TeamWorks, where you are able to budget department roll-up (D - Level for some agencies), GA@WORK requires budget to exist at the same level the transaction is taking place. If you have multiple Cost Centers that fall within the same grouping/hierarchy, you only have to apply budget to one of those Cost Centers, and it can be spent across them all. Budget reports would reflect the full budget showing at the one Cost Center and Spend will still show across all of them.
