  • Does completed training follow the worker?

    The learner's history/transcript stays with the worker in GA@WORK. 

  • Can we take training from outside and bring only attendance / completion data into the Learning Management System?

    Outside trainings and professional certifications are documented in Talent Management.

    Current training records will transfer into the new GA@WORK LMS as part of a pilot with two agencies. As other agencies come into the LMS over time, training records and data can be converted into the new system. 

  • What type of certifications can you enter into GA@WORK? Can they be entered to assist with tracking for promotions?

    Professional certifications and external trainings are captured under employee profile which is a part of talent management.

    Employee access WD > profile > Career > Training or Certification 

  • Will mandatory trainings be included?

    The mandated Sexual Harassment Training for Executive Branch employees and managers will be included. Other mandatory trainings can be included in future state.

  • Will the training/certificates feed over information from ELMS into GA@WORK?

    Trainings and certificates will go into GA@WORK as long as they have been included in the templates (5 years).
