Will this new process shorten the time frame from interview to offer?
The timing of the recruiting process is agency dependent, but hopefully improved.

Will the Question Bank be transferred to GA@WORK?
No. However, recruiters will still have the ability to create prescreening questions in GA@WORK.

How will the new hire information be entered into GA@WORK?
New hire information will be entered by the new hire in GA@WORK.

Do the internal candidates in recruitment show all Department Staff as internal candidates, or just the ones internal to that department?
All state of Georgia workers in GA@WORK will show as internal candidates as they apply for state jobs.

Will there be definitions provided to help distinguish the options in potential?
Definitions will be provided in the dropdown in GA@WORK.

For hiring managers, will there be a requirement that they disclose personal relationships for the applicants they select?
This type of disclosure is managed by agency policy.

How do new hires receive benefits information?
Benefits information can be attached to an offer letter when the letter is created.

Can a work schedule be included on the job advertisement?
The work schedule for a selected candidate can be included on the offer letter when the recruiter creates it. Work Shift is an available field in GA@WORK to complete when creating the job requisition. If this field is populated, it will show on the job posting.

Will this system also post job requisitions to Work Source Georgia?
Yes. You will not have to post directly to the WorkSource Georgia site.

Will GA@WORK show any past jobs the candidate applied for within our agency?
The recruiter will be able to see jobs the candidate applied to in the past within their agency.

Will there be any integrations in GA@WORK in recruiting?
At this time there will be no integrations into GA@Work for recruiting
