6000 employees complete GA@WORK training in first week

The first week of GA@WORK training was a success with nearly 6,000 employees participating and passing the Employee Foundational Learning course. This course includes three trainings: Basic Navigation, Employee Self-Service and Manage My Learning.

Basic Navigation training is designed to equip users with essential skills to successfully navigate the GA@WORK homepage and get familiar with its features. Employee Self-Service training is designed to empower employees with the knowledge and skills to efficiently manage personal information, view compensation details, and handle time tracking and absence management tasks. Manage My Learning is designed to teach end users how to review and navigate the learning dashboard, including enrolling in and dropping courses, browsing the catalog, and creating personalized learning paths. Employees have until May 28 to complete all three trainings in this course.

Managers Foundational Learning Program enrollment began March 9.

Important training dates:

  • March 16: Role-Based eLearning Program enrollment begins.
  • April 6-June 4: Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions are ongoing for applicable learning programs.
  • May 28: The recommended completion date for Employee and Manager Foundational Learning Programs is May 28. Completing courses by this deadline will support data conversion efforts and prepare learners for Role-Based Learning Programs. Learners are strongly encouraged to complete all assigned courses by May 28.
  • June 11: All assigned Learning Programs must be completed for training data to be available on learner transcripts in GA@WORK.

If you need assistance accessing the training, submit a ticket to Learning Help.
