Discovering all the new facets and abilities in GA@WORK is exciting. You can expect a learning curve as you get familiar with the system. The resources below can help you navigate the new system or guide you to support tools when you need help.
GA@WORK Resource Library
The GA@WORK Resource Library has many tools and resources for all employees, including GA@WORK videos, go-live guidance for Employees and Managers, and tools to help you find support. Check out these resources first:
- Click here for the Employee Go-Live Guide – Find the Your First 30 Days Checklist on Page 12. The checklist gives you a prioritized list of activities to help you get started with GA@WORK.
- Click here for the Manager Go-Live Guide – Access and complete the Your First 30 Days Checklist on Page 9. The checklist will walk managers through what to do in the first days and weeks to keep you on track. Note: Managers should review both guides.
Log-in help
If you are having issues logging into GA@WORK, click here to access Job Aids based on your agency’s log-in method. Agency Support Teams and additional resources, described below, are available if more assistance is needed.
Agency Support Teams
Reach out to your Agency Support Team if you have questions or need support. These teams can address your questions and direct you to available resources to help resolve any GA@WORK issues. If you aren't sure how to contact your Agency Support Team, you can connect with your agency's GA@WORK Point of Contact.
Job Aids in GA@WORK
Review Job Aids for step-by-step instructions on key business processes. In GA@WORK, Job Aids are stored within Articles. Click here to watch a video about Job Aids and Articles.
GA@WORK Support Portal
If you have a functional or administrative role in GA@WORK, the Support Portal is your go-to resource for specialized support. It houses system information, troubleshooting guides, job aids, and important forms. Employees with roles in HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement and Security can click here to visit the Support Portal.
GA@WORK Super Users
Super Users are certified GA@WORK experts and a great resource for system-related questions. Reach out to your Super Users for help, and if you aren’t sure who your Super Users are, ask your agency’s GA@WORK Point of Contact. Note: Some agencies do not have Super Users.
