What's New

The Change Readiness Assessment now open

The Pre-Training Change Readiness Assessment (CRA) survey is now live and will remain open through Dec. 20. The survey will allow the team to understand how prepared agencies are for the change to GA@WORK.

Agency participation, engagement and feedback are key to a smooth transition to the new GA@WORK system. This is an opportunity to share your unique perspective!

 Survey details:

  • The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
  • The survey will remain open until Dec. 20.
  • All responses are anonymous.

The survey has been distributed to the NextGen Project Team and through the NextGen Change Network and POCs to agencies that will use GA@WORK.

More information on CRA surveys: The CRA is a survey designed to evaluate our organization’s preparedness for transitioning to the new GA@WORK system.  A final CRA survey will be conducted prior to the April HCM Go-Live. For questions, please contact [email protected].

Building a Buzz for GA@WORK

This year, GA@WORK is generating a lot of buzz around the state. Through testimonials, the NextGen Project Team has captured what employees really think of GA@WORK, in their own words. From asking individuals to share their initial thoughts on the new system at NextGen events to submissions received through the Building a Buzz campaign, the Project Team has been able to document authentic perspectives, opinions and general feedback on GA@WORK.

Below are links to testimonial videos from the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance/Procurement (FIN/PRO) Agency Preview Sessions, NextGen Team Huddles, the Fiscal Management Council (FMC) conference and individuals who submitted testimonials through Building a Buzz.
