Performance Evaluation Rating Processing
The Department of Administrative Services - Human Resources Administration Division and the State Accounting Office will make the Mass Increase Entry Pages in TeamWorks(TW) available for the 2021-2022 Performance Management period.
ALL agencies are required to access the mass increase entry pages and either enter numeric ratings or verify they are accurate for all employees. For those agencies using the Salary Planning Tool (SPT) to enter ratings, the tool is configured as follows:
- The Rating Status field will pre-populate with an “Incomplete”.
- The Rating Source field will pre-populate with “No Rating”.
- The overall rating will pre-populate to “0.00”.
These fields must be updated and are required to be entered in order to be transferred to Review History.
Agencies that have fully implemented ePerformance will complete rating documentation within ePerformance and not enter rating information on the mass entry pages. However, ePerformance agencies will need to confirm the numeric rating in ePerformance for accuracy in the mass increase entry pages. Effective Monday, October 17th, the on-line mass data entry pages and performance evaluation rating reports and queries will be available to users. The Mass Entry Pages provide agencies with several reports and queries to assist in the review and analysis of agency performance management evaluation ratings.

Security Access to the Salary Increase Pages and reports will be based on current security access to the Compensation menus in TeamWorks HCM. All users currently assigned to the security class MAHRRVW1 will have access to the on-line mass data entry pages. All users currently assigned to the security class MAHREDR1 will have access to performance evaluation ratings reports.
Please assure that employees who will be assigned the responsibilities of entering evaluation rating scores and generating reports have been assigned to the appropriate security classes. Any request for changes or additions should be forwarded to SAO Security staff via the security application process.
The TeamWorks Mass Increase Entry Pages will be available for Performance Evaluation Rating Entries October 17th to December 2nd.
